She knows her craft inside and out (😉)! At the same time, she is incredibly approachable, warm, and funny, which made even the unfamiliar parts of the course feel light, engaging, and genuinely enjoyable.
Everything was beautifully organised, highly professional, practical, and incredibly informative. I came away feeling that I had learned an enormous amount, and I was able to put that knowledge into practice almost immediately.
One completely unexpected bonus was the food, which was absolutely amazing - generous, rich, and delicious. Together with the beautiful setting and the immersive nature of the course, it made the whole experience feel like stepping into a completely different world for a few days: deeply engaging, and at the same time incredibly nourishing and special.
