Refund & Cancellation Policy

Life happens, and plans change. Here's how I handle cancellations and refunds.

Workshops & In-Person Courses

More than 30 days before the workshop: full refund
15–30 days before: 50% refund
Under 15 days: no refund
You're welcome to transfer your spot to someone else — just send me an email
If I need to cancel a course — due to illness, travel issues, weather, not reaching the minimum group size, or other unforeseen circumstances — you'll receive a full refund or the option to move to a future date

Because online courses are delivered instantly, all sales are final once access is granted.

If you don't attend a workshop you've booked, I'm not able to offer a refund.

Refunds are returned to the original payment method within 7–14 business days.

Email info@theresaemmerich.com with your name, what you booked or purchased, and the date of purchase.
