Refund & Cancellation Policy
"Theresa Emmerich Kamper " is committed to your satisfaction. If you have purchased a course, hard goods or a subscription from Theresa Emmerich Kamper and are unhappy with the product received, you may be eligible for a refund/partial refund. See below for details.
Refunds Due to Student Cancellation of an In Person Course or Courses:
Given the substantial preparation and travel undertaken to offer this course, the client must be aware of the following conditions and therefore agree to such. If the booking is cancelled by the client for any reason the following applies:

Cancellation more than 8 weeks before the course starts = Full Refund

Cancellation 8-6 weeks before the course start = 50% Refund of Course Cost

Cancellation 6-4 weeks before the start of the course = 25% Refund of Course Cost

Cancellation less than 4 weeks before the start of the course = NO REFUND
Refunds Due to Instructor Cancellation of an In Person Course or Courses:

Refunds for Digital or Subscription Based Goods:
NO Digital or Subscription based services are currently sold at Theresaemmerich.com.
To be eligible for a refund on any digital or subscription based goods, the following steps must be taken:

Request of refund must be made within 30 days of the original purchase date
Refunds of Hard Goods:
NO hard goods are currently sold at Theresaemmerich.com.
To be eligible for return and refund, the following steps must be taken:

Hard goods must be returned to Theresa Emmerich Kamper immediately, according to the instructions you will receive once contacting theresaemmerich@yahoo.com as directed in step 1.

The item(s) must be unused and returned in the original packaging, in like-new, or re-sellable condition, as determined in Theresa Emmerich Kamper sole, reasonable discretion.
