"Theresa Emmerich Kamper " is committed to your satisfaction. If you have purchased a course, hard goods, or a subscription from Theresa Emmerich Kamper and are unhappy with the product received, you may be eligible for a refund or partial refund. See below for details.
Refunds Due to Student Cancellation of an In-Person Course or Courses:​
Given the substantial preparation and travel required to offer this course, the client must be aware of the following conditions and agree to them accordingly.

Refunds for Digital or Subscription-Based Goods:
To be eligible for a refund on any digital or subscription-based goods, the following steps must be taken:

Request for refund must be made within 30 days of the original purchase date
Refunds of Hard Goods:
NO hard goods are currently sold at Theresaemmerich.com.
To be eligible for a return and refund, the following steps must be taken:

A request for a refund must be made within 30 days of the original purchase date

Hard goods must be returned to Theresa Emmerich Kamper immediately, as instructed in the email you will receive upon contacting theresaemmerich@yahoo.com, as directed in step 1.

The item(s) must be unused and returned in the original packaging, in like-new, or re-sellable condition, as determined in Theresa Emmerich Kamper's sole, reasonable discretion.
